Candle was founded and created by Mr and Mrs Atwal. Our values are to provide selfless service to others and equality for all humankind.

Growing up within an extended family and having first-hand experience in helping families in their time of need. They came across the gap in service.

As the population needs change and people are living longer but not necessarily healthier, Candle is here to offer that help.

Mrs Atwal has a vast number of years of working within the NHS, working with local communities, and gaining an understanding of health care and services available for the people of the West Midlands. Mrs Atwal has a history of managing and driving teams to success.

Mr  Atwal has years of experience in managing and training staff to deliver outstanding services within the community delivery services.
